muscle strain in neck hurts really bad?
i did it yesterday it hurts terribly and im getting worried my neck is also stiff. my neck muscles are hard too. Pain relief?
Warm most towel. There are some heating pads at drug stores that you can moisten a pad in them. Moist heat is best. Take Motrin for the pain, it's an anti-inflammitory; follow the dose on the label. Lay on your back on a bed and gently pull up on your head for three seconds, then release (It's called traction) repeat a few times. Plan on it taking a day or so before it will get better.
