Can you tell me all available standard SMD resistors values on 1%, 5%, 10% etc.,?
The standard values are in ranges like E12, E24, E96 etc. The values in a range are spaced according to 10^(1/E_range_number).
The actual accuracy of a resistor (at 25C) is called its tolerance, in percent, and may be different to the range, though the E96 range with close spacing between values can be expected to be more accurate anyway. If you measure actual resistors in the E12 range (the most common range) at 25C they will be quite close to the nominal value, maybe within 1%, or as good as the average digital multimeter.
The other important specification is temperature coefficient. A metal film resistor in the E12 range may be +/- 50ppm, so for a change in temperature of 50C it may change up to 2500ppm (0.25%) on top of any tolerance.
When designing analogue circuits it is often the ratio between two resistors that is important, rather than the actual values. Trimming one (by adding parallel or series resistors) can make the ratio more accurate at a single temperature, but the need for a matching temperature coefficient becomes important.
