Should I tell the TRUTH at my Exit Interview?
I quit my job to get further training at an institute...but there is another underlying reason that led me to look for other employment during the last year in my current position...a nasty, rude, mean coworker.
Should I let my manager know what REALLY goes on at work or just let it go. I feel morally obligated to let her know how rude she is to guests, coworkers and even our boss. I am positive they are aware of the situation: hence her being relocated more than once.
Bottom line is she made my once enjoyable job into an anxiety-ridden hell (I am not exaggerating).
Would you tell the truth? Or just be glad to get out?

an employer who takes the time to do an exit interview has a sincere desire to improve and reduce employee turnover nothing you say can be held against you...
an employer can only release TRUTHFUL information about your work if asked for a reference. they can not make up bad things because you were honest in an exit interview add to that the fact that your complaint is about an employee not the employer and it becomes obvious that the reference issue is not a concern.
