Power supply for LED?
I am going to purchase a LXHL-PM02 Philips LumiLed (http://uk.futureelectronics.com/en/technologies/semiconductors/lighting-solutions/high-power-led-emitters/colour/Pages/6803019-LXHL-PM02.aspx). How do I power this LED? I have found controllers such as this Luxeon LED power supply (http://www.wydels.co.uk/Product-Catalogue/Collingwood-Lighting-Power-Supplies---Drivers/Luxeon-LED-Power-Supply). However I already have access to universal power sources, can I attach crocodile clips to this LED?
I would be grateful for any help
Yep don't see why not. Any 6.8v power supply should work, you might have to add a resistor in series to get 6.8v as it's a bit of a strange voltage, but should work fine.
