anyone have a clamp meter, that you just snap around a wire to measure the amps, i want to do ac and dc,?
whats is a good model? can you find a cheap one that does both ac and dc? wanted to test the pull of subs as well
unless you want to spend a lot of money, you will only be able to get a clamp meter that measures ac.
if you are really into electronics. than a fluke meter would be what you want.
if this is a one time deal, than try a craftsman, or radioshack.
you need to decide what else you are going to use it for. and if you want a RMS meter or a regular multimeter
