where can i find a cheap capacitance meter that will give me values from 1pf to 200000uf?
most meters only show from 200pf to 200000uf.
i need a meter that shows me everything. meaning i can plug any cap with any value and get an accurate reading of what the value is no matter how big or how small. currently i have a sears multitmeter and it cannot even read pf. so i don't know what to do. i'm trying to find something that will allow me to read accurately very small values and very big ones. if i have to get 2 dedicated for small and big that is fine too. please help.
Try the Fluke PM6304 RCL meter. It can measure capacitance from 0.00 pF to 31.8F, which is wider than the range you want.
